Do you charge per user?
No. We believe your entire staff should be on the system. You can create unlimited staff accounts with role-based access control at no extra cost.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup, data migration, and initial staff training are included in our Enterprise plan. For smaller properties, we offer a self-serve onboarding wizard with free email support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Our Essential plan is billed month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Enterprise plans are typically billed annually.
Do you offer hardware?
Akutu PMS runs on any modern browser. You can use your existing laptops, tablets, and thermal receipt printers. We do not sell hardware directly.
